Shipping Details
All products will be delivered via national courier NINJA VAN @ POS LAJU MALAYSIA. NINJA VAN @ POS LAJU MALAYSIA is a next day delivery service and it has the widest courier network in Malaysia. Products will be handed out to NINJA VAN @ POS LAJU MALAYSIA on Monday until Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact via whatsapp +60172804742 for delivery confirmation. Postage charges
a. Domestic Delivery (Peninsular Malaysia)
Free postage for Peninsular Malaysia.
b. Domestic Delivery (East Malaysia : Sabah and Sarawak)
Postage fees for East Malaysia are as per below:
- 1kg item: RM15
- 2kg item: RM25
- 3kg item: RM35
- 4kg & more: add RM10 per/kg
c. International Delivery (Singapore)
Postage fees for international delivery are as per below:
- 1kg item: RM50
- 2kg item: RM60
- 3kg item: RM70
- 4kg & more: add RM10 per/kg

All sold goods are none-returnable but exchange-able.
Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered, unbroken tag and unworn condition, exchange will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Additional shipping cost for the return and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
